Alain LeBlond

Alain LeBlond is an artist whose creative journey traverses the uncharted territory between the tangible and the digital, giving birth to a unique and mesmerizing fusion of artistry. Born in Quebec in 1957, LeBlond has embraced his innate creativity in various forms throughout his life. His story, rich in artistic evolution, started by his journey into the world of music during his adolescence. Honing his skills and absorbing the qualities that define a true musician: "imagination, originality of thought, technical prowess, and a sense of humor." Music was the first cornerstone of his artistic identity.

LeBlond's dive into the world of digital art took off in 1996. Using his extensive musical and artistic background to create intricately detailed virtual artworks, skillfully navigating the complex world of 3D modeling and rendering.

LeBlond's artistic approach challenges the traditional demarcation between the real and the virtual. He sculpts intricate forms without physical support in an infinite digital space, attributing materials to forms and capturing moments of elusive emptiness. His work transcends the ordinary, often reimagining everyday objects from unusual perspectives.

Alain LeBlond's artistic philosophy is rooted in emotion, sensitivity, desire, and creative force. He works to capture moments of intense presence, inviting viewers to contemplate the mysteries of existence and perception. His work is driven by a profound connection to his inner world, where emotions and sensitivities are channeled into the digital realm.
